CRISTIAN'S BIO

Cristian was born in Bogotá, Colombia and with only ten years falls in love with music and especially playing the guitar. Since then he developed his unique style and sound.

In recent years he has played and performed with several Colombian artists in different and important settings in Bogota and throughout Colombia.

Cris has also been conducting workshops on improvisation and harmony for jazz students in 2016.

As a session musician, he has several albums, singles and EPK that have been awarded in national competitions like the single "Olvido" of Scars Band that has been maintained for more than 1 year in the Top 100 of Rock in Colombia.

Cristian has played and studied with musicians such as Steve Khan, Mike Moreno, Greg Diamond, William Rojas, Camilo Velandia, Rafael Vallejo, Pablo Padilla, among others, who influenced the development of his unique style.

Cristian currently lives in New Jersey, wanting to play and meet new musicians in the New York City area and Philadelphia
